On-Campus Catering Services
Regis University is pleased to offer your event or conference a range of catering options, from coffee breaks to high-quality catered events, in addition to daily food services. Harvest Table catering services are known for culinary expertise, exceptional service and commitment to socially responsible practices. From keen attention to detail and customer service to cooking and serving flavorful foods from scratch, the catering team manages the catering for all events on the Regis campus from simple box lunches to gala affairs.

Event and Lodging Facilities
Event and Conference Services offers multiple on-campus event facilities for conferences, meetings and gatherings. Depending on your group size and event type, Event Services can work with you to determine an appropriate and convenient space for your event.
In addition, attendees have the opportunity to stay on the Regis campus, without spending their entire budget on overnight accommodations. Our residential spaces provide a comfortable, safe, low-cost option for individuals and groups desiring convenient access to their conference facilities.
All four on-campus residence hall spaces (DeSmet Hall, O'Connell Hall, West Hall and the Residence Village) offer twin beds, desks, chairs, dressers and cable television, and phones and internet access is available. Individually, these four facilities allow us to offer specific benefits for diverse group needs.

Built in 1887, Main Hall is the University’s oldest building. The administrative hub of the University, it is home to the Office of the President, Office of the Provost, Enrollment Services, multiple academic departments and many other administrative offices as well as classrooms and conference rooms.
Clarke Hall opened in December 2012 and is a new 75,000-sq foot four-story state-of-the-art facility located on Regis Boulevard (50th Street) southwest of the Field House. Clarke Hall houses conference/seminar rooms, classrooms and a new cafe and dining events area that support a capacity of 108.
Carroll Hall, built in 1925, was once the campus Jesuit residence hall. Centrally located, the building offers conference rooms, ideal for conferences or workshops of 8-20 participants. The facilities can also be used in conjunction with other conference spaces located within a five minute walk to meet the needs of larger conference groups.
Regis University is home to the St. John Francis Regis Chapel, which contains spaces of varying sizes for groups large and small. The Our Lady of Loretto Grotto is also available for gatherings. There are specific parameters for use of these spaces; please contact University Ministry for more information.
