Preferred Tuition

Regis University offers a tuition discount program for degree-seeking students in our online, hybrid and accelerated evening programs. The 10% tuition discount is available to lifelong learners who are licensed teachers, paraprofessionals or are employed by any of the companies that offer college tuition reimbursement.

Regis University’s policy does not allow retroactive application of any preferred tuition rate to any course that has started prior to the University receiving all of the required documentation.

Before the tuition discount policy can be applied, we must receive all required documentation—including the Preferred Tuition Form—plus whichever of the following is applicable to you.

Note: Regis Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs (Traditional, CHOICE, and Accelerated), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP. campus-based), Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Doctor of Physical Therapy, Doctor of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences programs are not eligible for preferred tuition.

For Graduate and Adult Undergraduate Division of Education programs only:

The preferred tuition rate for licensed teachers and for contracted school district employees enrolled in any Division of Education Program includes a 10% tuition discount (not applicable to any books or fees). This preferred tuition rate does not include traditional undergraduate students paying the tuition block rate, or cohort programs which have specific rates determined by school district agreements.

  • Licensed teachers are required to submit a copy of their valid teaching license during the admissions process. This tuition discount will be active until the expiration date on the license we receive. Be sure to indicate the district and school name of your employer on your admissions application, or the discount will not be automatically applied.
  • All contracted school employees should attach their additional documentation to the form linked below, or email it to registrar@regis.edu.

Once you have been admitted, you will receive your RegisNET email account. Be sure to check it regularly in the event there are any issues. If there are any issues with your form and/or documentation, details will be sent to your Regis.edu email address. You can access your account by going to rumail.regis.edu and entering your RegisNET username and password. Currently enrolled students: changing your major/academic intent could result in an increase, decrease or cancellation of your tuition discount.

Eligibility

Employees of partnership organizations must provide us with the name of the organization and its human resources representative’s contact information so employment can be verified. This discount must be renewed annually before June 1.
