Official Transcripts
Applicants must provide official transcripts, sent directly from prior institutions to the Regis University Office of Admissions. Depending on the type of program you are applying to, there may be other transcript requirements. See below for details.
Please note that Student Copies and Unofficial Transcripts are not considered official, however, your admissions counselor may request them while waiting for your official transcript(s) to arrive. Please reach out to your admissions counselor with any questions.
Current High School Applicants: Please provide the Regis University Office of Admissions with your official high school transcripts within two weeks of submitting your application for admission. Transcripts must be marked official and may not be stamped “student copy.”
For most applicants, your high school counselor will send your official transcript for you. We also recommend uploading an unofficial transcript to your Regis Applicant Compass to expedite review of your application.
Note: New students are required to provide an official high school transcript with graduation date indicated by Aug. 1 for fall semester enrollment or by Jan. 1 for spring semester enrollment.
Traditional Transfer Applicants: Please provide the Regis University Office of Admissions with your official high school transcripts and official transcripts from any previously completed college education from which you are expecting transfer credit. Transcripts must be marked official and may not be stamped “student copy.”
Adult Undergraduate Students: Please provide the Regis University Office of Admissions with official transcripts from any previously completed college education from which you are expecting transfer credit. You may also be asked to provide a high school transcript and/or diploma. Transcripts must be marked official and may not be stamped “student copy.”
Graduate Applicants: Please provide the Regis University Office of Admissions with transcripts for any bachelor’s degrees previously conferred. Transcripts must be marked official and may not be stamped “student copy.”
Note: Some graduate programs may be exempt from the transcript requirement — contact your admissions counselor for details.
International Applicants: International students must provide the Regis University Office of Admissions with an official transcript in a sealed envelope from their previous school/university upon arrival on campus or have their school/university’s registrar mail or email the transcript directly to the Regis University Office of Admissions. Transcripts must be marked official and may not be stamped “student copy.” Please ensure your transcript has been officially translated if the original is not in English.
We also recommend uploading an unofficial transcript to your Regis Applicant Compass to expedite review of your application.
Note: Exact transcript requirements may vary depending on the country of origin for international students. Contact your admissions counselor for assistance.
