Students Called to Active Duty
Regis University students who are called to active military service should notify Enrollment Services and follow the instructions below to ensure they are excused from classes and financial commitments.
Documents Required
- A copy of current military orders
- A copy of a Power of Attorney if Applicable
Class Registration and Grades
Enrollment Services will contact instructors and obtain the necessary paperwork for your course options. You may request one of the following options for courses in which you are currently enrolled:
- A grade of incomplete, for which you have one year after your release from active duty to complete your course work
- Withdrawal from any and all courses. You may retake these courses without charge
- An administrative drop

Contact Enrollment Services at 303.458.4126 to determine your current loan status and the options available to you. Regis will work with you and your lender to affect the best possible solution.
Housing and Meal Plans (On-Campus Students)
You will be released from your room and meal contracts and charged on a prorated basis.
