Ryanne is a Licensed Professional Counselor having extensive experience working with individuals encountering trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and difficulty navigating life transitions. She takes a person-centered approach to therapy, meaning clients are empowered to take an active role in therapy knowing they will always be met with empathy and unconditional positive regard. Ryanne often utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Relational Therapy, and Attachment-based therapy. Her goal as therapist is to provide opportunities for clients to work through the challenges of life while discovering their authentic self and embracing their intuition. Outside of sessions, Ryanne is often hiking, camping, practicing yoga, playing volleyball, reading, or spending time with friends, family, and her golden retriever, Gus.
