Office of the Registrar

The office of the Registrar is responsible for many areas of college life, including student records and grades, official transcripts, enrollment and degree verification, veterans' benefits and commencement. We also provide registration services for Regis College and Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions.

Grade Reports

Grades are posted within your Ranger Portal account. If an official grade is requested, the Regis University transcript is a comprehensive record of a student’s academic progress and the University’s certified statement of the student’s academic record, including coursework, grades and degrees earned. Transcripts can be requested through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Grade information is generally not provided over the telephone. Federal regulations (FERPA) require your written authorization before grades may be released to a third party. View a copy of the Student Request for Release of Educational Records in PDF format. This form is also available in the registrar's office. Students should refer to the appropriate college/school section of the University Catalog for policies and procedures governing grade appeals.
