Application Requirements
Master of Arts with Specializations
Applicants seeking a Master of Arts Degree at Regis University must possess a baccalaureate degree in any field of study from a U.S. regionally accredited college or university.
Applicants must demonstrate an ability to achieve graduate-level writing through the essay requirement below before admission to the Master of Arts degree program.
- Complete the online graduate application
- Submit official degree-bearing transcripts. Official transcript must reflect a baccalaureate degree awarded from a U.S. regionally accredited college or university. If official transcript is not received within 30 days of starting classes, you will be unable to register for future courses until the transcript is received. A complete file can be reviewed by faculty with a copy of the unofficial degree-bearing transcript from a U.S. regionally accredited college or university. Official transcript must be sent directly from your previously attended schools to the Office of Admissions.
- Current resume
- Required admissions essay
- Faculty interview may be required, dependent on your application. A faculty advising appointment after acceptance is required prior to starting classes.
- Additional admission requirements apply to international students who are non-U.S. citizens. Some classes are only offered online and not provided as campus-based classes. It is not possible to pursue this program 100% on campus, as a majority of the courses are offered primarily online only.
- Please remember: Applications that are incomplete and/or have missing information will NOT be processed.
Applications are due two weeks prior to start date and you are encouraged to apply at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure class availability.
