Isabel Rechberg

Dr. Isabel D. W. Rechberg is an Associate Professor of Management at the Anderson College of Business and Computing at Regis University. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from the University of Kent, UK. She received a master's degree in Labor Law and Relations from the University of Sydney, Australia, and a bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources Management from Vesalius College, Belgium. With a research interest in Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning, Employee Engagement, and Emotional Intelligence, her scholarship focuses on bettering workplace relations by bringing awareness to the critical role of the individual employee. Her work has been published in venues such as the Journal of Knowledge Management, Management Decision, Knowledge and Process Management, and the Palgrave Handbook of Knowledge Management. Dr. Rechberg teaches courses in Management, Leadership and Organizational Behavior. Additionally, Dr. Rechberg is an accredited Coach with the Association of Coaching, empowering young adults to make the career choice that is right for them.
