Steve DiCroce

Steve DiCroce is currently a full-time Assistant Professor and Program Director for the Human Resource Management degree programs. He has taught in a variety of capacities for Regis for over 35 years. Steve primarily teaches graduate and undergraduate Human Resource Management and Leadership courses. Steve joined the faculty on a full-time basis in 2017 after retiring as a Regional VP of Labor Relations for a Fortune 25 Company. Upon his retirement, he had over 37 years of HR experience, 25 of them in senior HR leadership roles and as a member of the Executive Committee. He has worked in and/or managed all functional areas of HR during his private sector career and has served as an HR Director as well as in other HR capacities.

Steve is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Foundation for Employee Benefit Plans, the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Labor Employee Relations Association (LERA) and a past member of the Jeffco Private Industry Council, Family Tree Board, Porter Hospital Advisory Board and Regis University School of Management Executive Advisory Board. He has served as Chairman and Secretary and as a Management Trustee on Taft-Harley Health and Welfare and Pension Trust Funds. Steve is the faculty sponsor for the Regis University student chapter of SHRM and is a graduate of Regis College with BSBA and MBA degrees.
