Kathy Dodaro

Dr. Kathleen Dodaro is a visionary leader and notable business woman with over 35 years of human resource administration, strategic management, training, business/employment law and program development experience. Her areas of specialization are recruiting, retention, employment law, leadership development and workplace diversity. Kathleen’s extensive experience is a result of holding progressively responsible managerial and executive-director-level positions in business, non-profit, and higher education. She continues to provide HR consulting services. This last year she was accepted into Marquis Who’s Who for outstanding professional achievements.

Kathleen is a national-level speaker and Senior Lecturer for Anderson Business College where she is recognized for her expertise and creative teaching techniques. She has written and published various articles and training manuals on behavioral interviewing, cultural diversity, investigations in the workplace, APA format for students and risk management. In addition, as a faculty member at Regis University she has developed and written course manuals for college-level supervisory and leadership classes.

Kathleen has delivered a variety of presentations for professional organizations on topics related to human resource management, human resource law, HR metrics, organizational development, strategic planning and risk management. As an executive board member, she worked with county and state workforce development boards to provide educational and job opportunities for displaced and incumbent workers through grants with the Department of Labor.
