Kate Partridge directs the Women's and Gender Studies program in Regis College and teaches courses in creative writing and American literature. She received her MFA in poetry at George Mason University and her Ph.D. in creative writing and literature at the University of Southern California.
She is the author of two collections of poetry, THINE (Tupelo Press, 2023) and Ends of the Earth (U. of Alaska, 2017). Her poems and essays have appeared in numerous literary journals, including Yale Review, Michigan Quarterly Review, Pleiades, Copper Nickel, and Quarterly West. In addition, her critical research interests include 19th and 20th-century American poetry, documentary studies, and gender studies. She has published articles on the work of Adrienne Rich and Muriel Rukeyser in Arizona Quarterly and Modernism/modernity.
