Charlotte Ardizzone began her career in healthcare while she was in high school, volunteering at a local hospice home. From there, she pursued a career in nursing, to give back to a community that sacrificed so much. She received a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing Science (BSN) and a Master of Science of Nursing with an emphasis in Nursing Education from Grand Canyon University.
In regards to her being an educator, her core belief in the classroom is seeing her students as human first. The Jesuit value of Cura Personalis guides her teaching philosophy, allowing her to create an environment for all to learn and thrive in. Her commitment drives her efforts, with success being the goal. Mrs. Ardizzone hopes to change the nursing industry through her role as an educator by being a catalyst for her students, for her family, and for her community.
