Kaitlan Stephens is a Career Counselor in the Center for Career and Professional Development. She holds an M.A. in Counseling and Career Development as well as a master's degree in Bilingual and Multicultural Education. Kaitlan is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC). Prior to her career in counseling, Kaitlan earned her first master's degree in Spain and spent several years working in language acquisition in secondary education across Europe, Asia, and North America. She enjoys working with clients as they embark on the journey of making meaning from their experiences, exploring the language they use to tell their stories, and reflecting to bring intentionality to their next steps.
