Courtney Allen is a Career Counselor Intern at the Center for Career and Professional Development. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Counseling with a focus on Clinical Mental Health at CU Denver. Before transitioning to the counseling field, Courtney spent 15 years working at tech startups, gaining extensive experience in account management, operations, internal communications, and knowledge management.
