Former ARMY SSG Christian Giudice served in the U.S. military from 2004 to 2013 and conducted operations and trainings for Operation Iraqi Freedom. He spent 6 years of his career training and guiding soldiers for physical fitness and combat readiness. While in the military he personally developed injuries and worked with physical therapists to rehabilitate his injuries. This sparked a passion for health, fitness, and wellness, which is why Christian decided to become a certified personal trainer to gain more experience in this field. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Christian’s personal training business became limited, and in 2021 Christian returned to college to become a physical therapy assistant at Pueblo Community College. Life re-directed him, and one year later he set his sights higher to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy and is now a student at Regis University pursuing this passion. Christian plans to graduate with his B.S. in Health and Exercise Science in December of 2025, and plans to apply to physical therapy programs in order to become a DPT. Christian is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer.
