Don is an Associate Professor Emeritus of Management and Leadership.
His education includes a B.S. in Business Administration from Chapman University, a Master of Business Administration from Chapman University, and a Master of Telecommunication from The University of Denver. Don is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). He additionally has certifications in Human Resources Management and Development, Industrial Engineering, Configuration Management, Contract Management, Project Management, Negotiation and is certified in Integrated Logistics Support and Management Technologies (ILSMT).
He has been a professor at various colleges and universities since 1984, facilitating undergraduate and graduate business/management/technology courses and served as a Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) for major classified DARPA and DOD contracts. He retired from the U.S. Navy as a Master Chief Petty Officer and since has held numerous senior positions in engineering support, information technologies, human resources, organizational behavior and performance and global business operations. He has received awards for teaching, technical achievement, operational performance and leadership.
