Ursula brings experience working on human rights and environmental justice issues in Africa, and Latin America, and she has worked in several organizations as an advocate for gender equity in development projects. She is an adjunct professor in the Master of Development Practice program at Regis University, a contributing author of the award-winning publication "Climate Justice and Women's Rights", and a frequent speaker at conferences about equity in environmental and climate financing. Ursula also serves on the Program Committee for the Environmental Grantmakers Association. Ursula holds a M.A. in International Studies and a B.A. in History.
