Michael Cahill

Michael is the lead faculty member in Statistics for the Division of Health Services Administration and has taught MT 274 since 2005. He also teaches Biostatistics and Health Data Analysis, co-teaches Applied Statistics for the DNP program and advises graduate students doing research in the master's program for HSA.

He currently works at Parker Adventist Hospital south of Denver as the Manager of Lean/Value Optimization, and prior to that was a Performance Improvement Specialist at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver. He has also had stints in federal and private business. Michael is married and has a daughter and son.

Michael has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from the University of Colorado, Denver, and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Regis University, where he received the Outstanding Research Award.
