Coaching, Facilitation and Training
Emilie has dedicated her life to helping leaders and teams find their wings. She designs bespoke facilitation, training and coaching programs that guide individuals and groups to broaden their awareness and stimulate positive change. Thanks to over a decade working with cross-cultural teams and leaders around the world, Emilie has unique experience in rapidly changing, complex, and diverse environments. She has designed and facilitated programs in leadership development and systems thinking in the United States, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, promoted gender equity and economic empowerment, and fostered organizational learning and change. She uses experiential activities in her work, helping clients bring their whole selves to facing tough challenges and new opportunities.
Organizational Leadership Experience
Emilie has been a passionate, natural leader in cultivating talent and leadership, and in combining heart and head to foster positive change. That energy enables her to now work across the globe in consulting with international organizations such as the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, Oxford Policy Management, International Rescue Committee, and the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development. She has also worked to support leaders and teams in the United States, with companies such as FedEx, Duquesne Light, DPR Construction, and Digital Building Components. Prior to her current work as a Leadership Coach and Consultant, Emilie was an Associate Consultant with MarketShare Associates, a global social enterprise specializing in strategic advising, research, training, facilitation and results measurement for economic development initiatives. Earlier in her career, Emilie managed youth employment and financial empowerment programs for the City of Denver’s Office of Economic Development and delivered city-wide youth programs for ECDC/African Community Center, a refugee resettlement agency in Denver. She has maintained a passion for working with young people and continues to volunteer with youth-serving organizations.
Education and Training
Emilie is a certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation, and a Certified Enneagram Coach® through the Enneagram in Business program. The Enneagram is a personality typology that allows people to recognize and understand behavior patterns for useful insight when navigating complex leadership and life challenges. Emilie holds an MSc from the London School of Economics, an MA from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris (Sciences Po), and a BA from the University of Colorado. She lives in Denver, Colorado, is fluent in French, and enjoys frequent travel and getting lost in the great outdoors.
