Andi Newberry is an affiliate faculty member at Regis University teaching Painting in the Visual Arts Program. Andi is a printmaker and multimedia artist—sewing, painting, drawing, and more—whose work explores the permeance of her memories, connections with others, and the lines drawn between memory, storytelling, and imagination. She is an MFA candidate in printmaking at the University of Colorado, Boulder, set to graduate in December 2024. She earned her BFA, focused in printmaking and painting, from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. Andi has organized and participated in many international print exchanges, including What A Time to Be Alive?, Supporting Indigenous Sisters, and Listen to the Earth. Her printmaking and multimedia textile works have been accepted to exhibitions for PrintAustin, PrintHouston, and Denver’s Month of Printmaking at the Arvada Center and ArtGym in Denver.
