Regis celebrates Blue and Gold Weekend

From Iggy Beer Fest to Horseshoe Market, Blue & Gold Weekend was a chance to celebrate all levels of the Regis community, from students to parents and from friends to alumni.

The weekend was filled with fun activities, including the return of Iggy Beer Fest, a popular beer-tasting festival. The Beer Fest welcomed back graduates of the Regis craft beer program who represent some of the best craft breweries from the Denver Metro Area any beyond. Selections included craft seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages. To top the festival off, participants rocked out with the Fat Bottom Boys, a cover band that helped celebrate the anniversary of Queen's performance at Regis in 1974 — their first in the United States.

In addition to the festival, Regis welcomed Horseshoe Market back to campus, giving community members the chance to shop with local creators. The University also hosted the annual Father Charlie Shelton Memorial Golf Tournament, led alumni and families in trips to the mountains and offered space to both reminisce and make new memories.
