The program requires a hands-on research experience in the fall and a 100-hour applied clinical or research externship in the winter/spring.

Career advising is available to and encouraged for all our students. Almost all credits earned in the certificate program can be transferred to the M.S. Biomedical Sciences should you choose to pursue a full master’s degree.
