History_______________________________________

The current Leadership Development Program at Regis University was established as a department in 2003 and is rooted in the Jesuit values of:

  • Magis (The More): always striving for excellence
  • Discernment: giving conscious attention to experiences
  • Cura Personalis: caring for the entire person
  • Men and Women for Others: working for justice in the world

Scope_______________________________________

We believe that leadership happens when our gifts and talents match up with the needs of the world, and thus, each of us has the capacity for leadership. Because of this core value, we present students a continuum of involvement from which to choose, offering both breadth and depth opportunities.

Community Service Zipline Leadership and Creativity

Testimony_______________________________________

“This program offered more than just experience, knowledge, and many opportunities to serve, it actually nurtured a greater world within me to the point that the hues coloring all experience, service, and life resonate a little brighter and more beautifully.”
~ Drew Anneberg (Alumnus)

Quotes_______________________________________

“As I change, the world responds and as I evolve, new opportunities will present themselves, doors will open, and the unbelievable will happen.”
~ Bri Svoboda (RC 08’)
