Certificate of Executive Nonprofit Leadership
Regis University’s School of Humanities & Social Sciences strives to prepare adult learners for professional and community service. Our innovative learning experiences foster ethical conviction, practical application, and personal transformation in the Jesuit spirit of turning students into leaders to improve society.
The School of Humanities & Social Sciences offers a newly introduced Master of Science in Criminology. This degree is for individuals in decision-making roles in areas related to criminal behavior and criminology.
The School of Humanities and Social Sciences also offers a NEW Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree which is practical and theoretical, where students conceptualize, plan, write, produce, analyze and edit film and video products which will visibly impact the boundaries of technology and creative expression in the 21st century
There are also Global Leadership programs that examine issues relevant in today’s interconnected global society. The unique Master of Nonprofit Management degree prepares leaders for the social, economic, cultural, and ideological issues that impact the nonprofit sector.
The Innovative Studies program allows students to design a specialized Master of Arts degree based on their personal passion and professional needs.
Undergraduate students may choose from multiple Applied and Core Studies for a Bachelor’s degree in social science fields

Regis University, in partnership with the National University of Ireland, Galway, is proud to offer the first Irish Studies certificate program in the world.
In this program, four undergraduate courses guide students through 1500 years of Irish study including history, language, literature, sociology, religion and archaeology.

These service learning programs allow students to participate in community service that is linked directly to course objectives. Projects include serving a population in need, community-based research, or business consultancy for a nonprofit organization.
- Faculty members have comprehensive and diverse backgrounds in the nonprofit sector. Key projects and experience of instructors includes U.S. and international public institutions, health care, social work, experiential learning, and serving multi-cultural and Native American populations.
