The Alumni Board is structured to represent and provide leadership for alumni of Regis College, the Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions, the College for Professional Studies, as well as alumni of Loretto Heights College. The volunteer leadership of the Alumni Association builds alumni involvement with Regis University through publicity and promotion of the Alumni Association.

The Alumni Board is comprised of no more than 30 alumni members/officers:

Regis College: Ten members
Loretto Heights: Three members
Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions: Three members
College for Professional Studies: Seven members (at least one each from Colorado Springs and the Graduate Programs, and three from RECEP II.)
At-large: Six or fewer members
