Campus Visits

Individual Campus Visits

Student-Guided Tours

Student-guided tours which hit all the hot spots you need to see—residence halls, the library, classrooms, the cafeteria, etc.-- are one hour in length and are available twice daily, in the morning and afternoon, Monday-Friday, and throughout most of the year (see When Not to Visit). Call for times and availability.

Admissions Representatives

We also have admissions counselors available to meet individually with students and families to address questions, discuss benefits distinct to Regis, and get to know the student better. These popular information sessions are scheduled by appointment before or after the campus tour and are one hour in length.

Interviews

Student application interviews are optional in our Admissions process and can be arranged.

If it is a student and family’s first visit, we recommend the information session as the best alternative to learning more about Regis.

To schedule a visit, please call 800-388-2366, ext. 4900 or locally, 303-458-4900. We’ll confirm by email with a parking pass and directions.

If you are an out of town guest in the Denver area and haven’t scheduled an appointment, and prefer to just stop by our office, we are located in Main Hall and guest parking is nearby. Main Hall can be reached via Parking Lot 4 off Lowell Blvd (see maps and directions).

Our office hours are M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We Expect Great Things From Our Visitors

Located in a spacious and comfortable residential area of northwest Denver, Regis University's beautiful ninety acre campus is within fifteen minutes of the Rocky Mountain Foothills and downtown Denver. Regis offers the best of both worlds--the personal attention of a small university and the cultural and recreational possibilities of one of the most exciting international cities in the world. We look forward to welcoming you to campus and adding you to our distinguished list of visitors, which include Pope John Paul II, President Bill Clinton, and Nobel Peace Prize Winners, the 14th Dalai Lama, Betty Williams, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, and Rigoberta Menchu. No description of Regis University and its surrounding area can take the place of a personal visit. Visit for an hour, a day, or stay the night--we are worth the trip!

DESCRIPTION

Tour Regis and Meet an Admissions Counselor

Student tour guides are available to show you the Regis campus. If time permits, we invite you to have lunch in the student cafeteria. It's a great way to meet current Regis students and future friends. An Admissions Counselor will also meet with you individually to answer questions concerning entrance requirements, academic programs, athletics, student activities, and much more. This is your time to see if Regis is right for you.

Meet a Financial Aid Counselor

A Financial Aid Counselor will also be available upon request to answer all questions concerning financial aid and scholarships.

Attend a Class

This is the best way to see how the faculty and students at Regis interact. Regis faculty members love to teach and it shows. Members of the faculty are always willing to discuss their academic area with you. How many students graduate with a degree from their department? How many go on to graduate studies? What are the career opportunities in this area? Professors love to answer these types of questions. Please let us know if you are interested in attending a class during your visit.

Spend a Night on Campus

Seniors have the opportunity to spend a night on campus with one of Regis' Hall Council Members. We encourage all overnight guests to check the availability of your visit date before non-refundable transportation arrangements are made. There is no charge for the overnight visit. Meals are provided, but you may want to bring some spending money for the campus bookstore or other activities. Overnight visits are available during the fall and spring semesters, with at least two weeks notice of the date you plan to stay. We are unable to provide transportation to and from the campus.

Who to Call

To arrange a day or overnight visit to Regis University, please call the Regis College Office of Admissions at (800) 388-2366 ext. 4900 or (303) 458-4900. Our Visit Coordinator will be happy to arrange your personal visit. We look forward to meeting you!

Group Tour Policy

Below is our policy for group visits. Because we offer individual appointments to all of our regular guests, this group policy is necessary with our limited staff and tour guides. Also, appointments are made on a first come-first served basis. A large number of service groups at area schools are requesting such visits and this policy helps us accommodate as many requests as possible. We appreciate your service to your students and hope we can accommodate a date for your group.

  • We can host a group of up to 20 students for a student guided tour.
  • Tour times are available either in the morning or afternoon Tuesday through Thursday during our college's regular sessions (not available during midterms, finals, and holidays, Spring, or Summer breaks, or any week in October or April). Specific tour times vary by the day of the week.
  • One guest sponsored adult chaperon is required for each ten students.
  • Each student will receive an information packet and Regis t-shirt.
  • Meals must be arranged one week in advance at the expense of the visiting group. We can provide the group with contact information for our food service provider.
  • Our apologies for any inconvenience as Friday and Monday visits are already at capacity . The campus tour is one hour and we are happy to have one of our admissions counselors also address the group. The total visit time would be about 1/1/2 hours.
  • Parking information will be provided at the time a visit is confirmed.
