Student Activities Van Reservation Form
The primary mission of the vans is to provide transportation for activities and events sponsored by student organizations and the Office of Student Activities. Other departments and non-student organizations may have access to the vans as the schedule permits, but must schedule the van(s) no earlier than two weeks prior to its intended use.
Guidelines exist to ensure that the vans are well-cared for and ready to go for the next user. Failure to follow through with these responsibilities may result in the loss of van privileges.
A van driver must be an Authorized University Driver prior to driving the van (contact the Auxiliary & Business Services department at 303.458.4391 or email@example.com for more information).
If same day reservations are needed for a student organization, please contact the Office of Student Activities directly at 303.458.3505.
At least 30 minutes prior to your planned departure time, pick-up the keys from the Physical Plant Reception Desk in DeSmet Hall. For weekend use, contact Campus Security.
After van use, clean and refuel the van. Return it to the parking lot behind O'Connell Hall and make sure it is locked. Return the keys to the Physical Plant Reception Desk in DeSmet.
NOTE: After fueling up the van, you must return a copy of the gas receipt to the student activities office or scan and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to gas up the van or return a receipt may result in the loss of van use privileges. If the van's fuel tank is left empty after use, the van will be refueled using the budget number provided on the reservation form.
