Kristi is originally from San Jose, California.  She studied at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where she first encountered the Society of Jesus .   After completing an English degree there, Kristi spent two years with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Oregon.  She returned to LMU to complete an MA in Pastoral Studies. While there, she worked in Campus Ministry coordinating service and justice projects, and lived in the Residence Halls as a Resident Chaplain. . After graduating, Kristi taught and did Campus Ministry at the Jesuit high school in San Jose for six years.  She and her husband relocated to Denver in 2004 and have never looked back.  Now they are raising their four awesome children in the Mile-High City.  Though Kristi has been on staff in University Ministry since 2007, she has only had the privilege of serving as Director since mid-2012.  Please stop by and introduce yourself!

Susan is originally from the South, born in Alabama and raised in New Orleans. She attended St. Mary's Dominican High School before attending and graduating from the University of Montana-Missoula with a degree in Forestry. Upon graduation, she worked as a wilderness patrolmen for the United States Department of Interior and for the Soil Conservation Service. After several years, Susan moved to Colorado and became a ski instructor and white water raft guide. Susan then returned to the South and graduated from Mississippi College with a degree in English. During her time there, she was trained in spiritual direction before taking a job with the state of Mississippi to work for the Institutes of Higher Learning. In 2002, Susan returned to Colorado because of her love for the mountains. She worked at Sacred Heart Jesuit Retreat House in Sedalia until coming to Regis in October of 2007. In her job at Regis, Susan has the privilege to care for the beautiful, holy, and sacred place of St. John Francis Regis Chapel. Susan is responsible for all of the scheduling, maintenance, and supply coordination for Regis Chapel events. She also creates the Chapel environment for all liturgies, coordinates weddings, and offers spiritual direction. Susan finds spiritual direction a humbling experience because she can walk with people as they journey to deepen their spiritual life and grow in prayer and listening to God. Susan enjoys writing, painting, gardening, and hiking. She also loves to meet new students!

Becky Camacho-Frank is originally from Kansas City, but is a Boston girl at heart. She studied theology and international studies during her undergraduate years at Boston College, where she first fell in love with Ignatian spirituality and the larger Jesuit mission. Formed by her experiences in El Salvador and her time teaching at the Cristo Rey New York High School in Spanish Harlem, she returned to Boston College to complete her Masters of Divinity in 2011. Becky loves bike-riding, coffee, good novels, and deep conversations. Both she and her husband, having participated in the same CURA group at BC, feel deeply committed to the importance of community and solidarity with others. As a person passionate about faith, justice, service, and community, Becky is thrilled to be working with small faith sharing communities and directing retreats at Regis University.

Dr. Andy Lee is originally from Kansas City, Missouri, but much prefers the weather and terrain of Colorado. Andy received his D.M.A. in Piano Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Conservatory of Music, where he studied under the direction of John McIntyre. His dissertation (if you are really curious) concerns the effect that minimalist and postminimalist works have on the perception of time. He has also earned a masters in piano performance from UMKC and a bachelors in piano performance from Truman State University. Most recently, Andy was the Artist-in-Residence at Avila University, teaching piano, music theory, and other general music courses. Here at Regis, Andy is in charge of the music for chapel litrugies and events, which includes conducting the Chapel Choir (If you can sing, email him!), and teaching courses for the Music Department. When not working or moonlighting as a concert pianist (randrewlee.com), Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, herself a violinist, and his young daughters. He also enjoys a variety of computer-related activities, such as blogging, web design, and keeping up on the latest Apple rumors. Of course, being in Colorado, he has recently become interested in 14ers, and is anxious to climb as many as he can.

Margaret is a native of Holyoke, CO, and a 2007 graduate of Regis University. As a student, Margaret was very active in Student Activities and also participated in the Romero House program. She holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting, and a Master of Nonprofit Management, both from Regis. She helps everyone who stops in to University Ministry to remember what is most important in life—namely, relationships. She supervises and mentors the work-study students in University Ministry and helps make our front office the kind of place where people love hanging out. If you want to make her day, stop by sometime and talk to her about children's literature!

Fr. Hanh was born and raised in Vietnam. He came to the United States of America, Denver, in 1991. He graduated with a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado at Denver in 1996. He entered the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits) in 1997, and studied Philosophy and Theology at Saint Louis University as requirements of a Jesuit in formation. He also earned an MA in Counseling Psychology from Saint Louis University in 2002. He was a part time campus minister at Regis University Ministry and part time counselor at Asian Pacific Center from 2002-2005. As part of Jesuit formation, he studied Theology at the Jesuit School of Theology at Berkeley, CA and graduated in 2008 with a Master of Divinity (MDiv). He was ordained as a Jesuit priest in 2008 and was an assistant pastor at Holy Martyrs Parish in Kansas City, Missouri in 2008-2009. He returned to Berkeley for a Licentiate in Sacred Theology (STL); his thesis addressed Ignatian Discernment. He graduated in 2011. In the last eight years before ordination, he was trained to be a spiritual director and retreat director. He directs many individuals and many weekend, eight-day, thirty-day (The Spiritual Exercises) and Nineteen-Annotation retreats.

Photography is his hobby. He loves to take pictures of people, close-ups of nature and landscapes. He had a few exhibitions at Lowell Campus of Regis University some years ago.

Quinn graduated with a BA in communications from Regis College in 2003 and an MA in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Regis College for Professional Studies in 2007. She has worked in a variety of roles within the ministry team, and currently coordinates Romero House, the Ignatian Family Teach-In, Wednesday Night Worship, and Peer Ministry. Quinn is a Denver native and loves going to concerts. She also LOVES the Denver Broncos, even in rough seasons.

Fr. Bart Geger, of St. Louis, was a Russian Studies major at the University of Missouri before he entered the Jesuits in 1990. After his novitiate in Denver he obtained an MA in Philosophy from St. Louis University, an MTh in Systematic Theology from Heythrop College in London, and did additional studies at Weston Jesuit in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Most recently he was in Madrid, working on his dissertation on Ignatian spirituality at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas. As a member of campus ministry Fr. Bart does sacramental ministry, retreat work, spiritual direction, and teaches a course on Jesuit spirituality. His hobbies are genealogy, writing, hiking and Cardinals baseball.

First trained as a teacher, Ken Phillips has been involved with liturgical arts, music, planning, and writing since his high school days in Michigan. He continues his association with faith and the arts at Regis University in Denver where he began as a Campus Minister 25 years ago. He is currently Assistant to the Vice President for Mission and Art. He received his BA from Siena Heights (Dominican) College in Michigan, his MFA in printmaking and ceramics from Bowling Green State University, Ohio, and a Master of Arts in Adult Christian Community Development from Regis University. For over three decades, he has been a liturgical artist, planner, and musician at numerous conferences and gatherings in Colorado and beyond. He is currently the liturgist/musician for the evening service for St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Denver, where he has also done numbers of liturgical events and environments. His own current artwork is in the areas of fabric, watercolor, and paper design. Evidence of his influence on the campus includes various collaborations with artists who have done sculptures and various artworks in the Chapel and beyond, installations of faith-related art in classrooms, offices, and public spaces, and his own work found in spaces like the Life Directions Center.
