Pomponio Village is a community of learners who strive to answer the question, "How ought we to live?" through the Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions graduate programs and Regis College undergraduate programs. This complex is available for all graduate level physical therapy and pharmacy students, accelerated nursing students, and Regis College juniors and seniors. Students will find great apartment-style living that offers a good community for an affordable price, and it's only a five- to ten-minute drive from Regis. Pomponio Village offers studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments with academic year and full-year contracts.

  • Located: 2801 W. 70th Ave, Westminster, CO 80030 (Just a five-minute drive to campus.)
  • Living rooms are furnished with a couch, a large coffee table, and an entertainment center
  • Bedrooms are furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers, a bookshelf, a desk, and a chair
  • Kitchen consists of a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink and an adjacent dining area with table and four chairs
  • Gas, water, garbage, wireless internet and TV cable included in rent
  • Heating and AC unit in each unit
  • Facility is wired for students to order a landline phone at their own expense
  • Free laundry facilities located on the ground floor
  • Pomponio Village remains open year round for graduate students
  • On-site community assistant available for community building and resources
  • Students 21 years and older are permitted to have alcohol
  • Newly created community picnic and barbecue area
  • Sign-up for the Pomponio Village occurs  on a rolling basis;  academic year and full-year contracts are available

Pomponio Village offers the following apartment types:

Studio Apartment: 1 bed and 1 bath (450 sq. ft.)

1-bedroom Apartment: 1 bed and 1 bath (590 sq. ft.)

2-bedroom Apartment: 2 beds and 1 bath (720 sq. ft. /1080 sq. ft.)

Graduate housing applicants should apply by completing the Graduate Student Pomponio Village Application.

Undergraduates interested in applying for Pomponio Village must complete the Undergraduate Pomponio Village Application, have a reference submit an Undergraduate Pomponio Reference Form, and submit a housing application through the Regis Housing Portal.
