Robyn Julyan teaches applied violin at Regis. She is a native of Albuquerque, N.M., where she began violin lessons at the age of three. She received her Bachelor's in Music Performance from the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, MD, where she studied with Tokyo Quartet member Martin Beaver and former Concertmaster of the Baltimore Symphony, Herbert Greenberg. She received her Master's of Music from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where she studied with department head David Updegraff.

Ms. Julyan has held positions with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and the Charleston Symphony Orchestra and each August she performs with the Cabrillo Festival of Contemporary Music in Santa Cruz, CA, a summer orchestra devoted to the performance of new music. She has been a featured soloist in festivals and concerts around the country, including the Piccolo Spoleto Festival's Spotlight Series, the Charleston Chamber Players, Denver Eclectic Concerts, and the Breckenridge Music Festival's Winter Series.
