Two Days Only!!! Bead-a-thon for Operation Christmas Child
Students, Staff and Faculty are welcome! Staff, consult your Supervisor for Mission Leave approval.
Description: Make stretchy bracelets for boys and girls. No skills required, just come and have a good time. Stay as long as you can or stay the whole day. Materials are provided, but donations in stretchy cord, beads or cash are welcome, for future projects. Bring scissors and hot glue gun and protective surface for it, if you can. (Be sure to label your tools).
These stretchy bracelets are being made to include in shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. Millions of children abroad are given the gift of a shoebox containing toys, hygiene items, school supplies, and more for boys and girls for age categories 2-4, 5-9 or 10-14.
Want to know more about how Regis works with Operation Christmas Child? Contact Roberta Matheson at x5763 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll be collecting items, shoeboxes and donations up through November 21. The grand and FUN-filled finale is a Packing Party in Main Hall Room 333, Friday, November 21 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. More details will be coming out on INsite.

About Brownbaggers Crafting Place:
Here’s a place and space to bring a project you are working on.
Do you crochet, knit, embroider, or do cross stitch? Are you into scrapbooking or making greeting cards? What about jewelry making or beading? If you want to bring your sewing machine to quilt, why not?
Come on and bring your lunch and your project and give yourself the time to do something creative during the day. Maybe you’ll find a new interest and want to learn how to do it, too. You’re sure to meet a new friend, too. The space will be open from 11:30 to 1:30.
Call Roberta Matheson at x5763 or Nicole Fuentes at x4367 with questions.
