Alumni Benefits, Services and FAQs

As an alum of Regis University or Loretto Heights College, there are many benefits available as you celebrate your connection to our University.

Lifelong Alumni Membership

All Regis graduates receive free lifelong membership in the Regis University Alumni Association. No dues, just opportunities to return to campus, network and engage in educational, service and spiritual activities with other alumni and current students.

  • Regis Alumni ID card. This ID allows a 10% discount at the bookstore and allows for you to purchase a membership to the Regis University Fitness Center. To request your free alumni ID card, call 303.458.3536 or email us at alumni@regis.edu
  • Alumni access to the library. Full access to the Dayton Memorial Library in person and limited off-campus access. To view all the resources and find out what is available, please visit the Alumni Resources Guide
  • Invitations to special events and workshops. In addition to being invited to campus-wide events, you will also be invited to unique events tailored toward alumni.

Alumni License Plates

Take your pride on the road wherever you go! It’s easy, it benefits your school and it impacts students. 

STEP 1
Call or email the Alumni Engagement Office with the name or names on the registration of the vehicle you'd like to obtain a Regis license plate. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response, and we will issue you a state-authorized PIN number.

STEP 2
Take the state-authorized PIN to the DMV where you will be charged a one-time fee of $50 to receive your specialty plates.

THINGS TO NOTE
You do not need to wait until your current plates expire to get your Regis plates. Your county will credit you the unused fees from your registration payment.

Yearbooks and Publications

Online access to yearbooks, the Regis University Magazine and more. Visit the online Archives and Special Collections page to find digital versions of your favorite Regis publications.


Transcripts

Regis University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the web. Transcripts are $14 per transcript. Online ordering is the fastest and easiest way to receive your transcript. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.


Center for Career and Professional Development

Dedicated to advancing student and alumni careers, the Center for Career and Professional Development provides resources such as resume assistance, interview coaching and career transition support. Serving the community of Regis University alumni is integral to our mission. Therefore, the services provided by the Center for Career and Professional Development are available indefinitely at no cost to all Regis University alumni.

Frequently Asked Questions

One of the most common reasons we find that alumni have not heard from us is that we have outdated contact information on file. A good first step is to update your contact information with us by completing the Update Information form, by calling the office at 303.458.3536 or by emailing the office at alumni@regis.edu.

You can visit the University Ministry page for up-to-date Mass schedules. Please note that Mass schedules are subject to change in response to holidays, school closures, etc.

We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one. Please send the individuals name and if possible and link to their obituary to alumni@regis.edu so that we can verify the correct individual in our database. We will then add their name to our Memorial Mass list to remember them each year in the month he or she passed.

Regis University works very closely with the Ignatian Volunteer Corps and the Jesuit Volunteer Corp. In addition, there are opportunities throughout the year for people to volunteer with different initiatives.
