Student Disability Services and University Testing offers proctoring services for non-Regis students. Exams are proctored during a variety of times and locations. Registration is available online and must be made at least five days prior to the day of the test. Special arrangements are required if the exam exceeds two hours. Please review the procedures below to ensure proper delivery of exams. Procedure NOTE: Students are responsible for arranging and confirming proper delivery of their exams to Regis University prior to choosing and registering for a test date. Note: registrations must be made five days prior to the test date. Report the date and time to your institution so the exam will be sent to Regis University Testing on time. Contact University Testing at least two business days prior to the date of your exam to confirm receipt of the exam. Fees The proctor fee is $35 per proctored exam. Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Bring TWO forms of identification on the day of your exam. One must be a photo ID (preferably a valid drivers license or passport). The second form can be a credit card or student ID. Location University Testing on the Main Campus (Denver) is located in The Learning Commons, Clarke Hall, suite 241. Testing services are also provided at the Colorado Springs, and Denver Tech Center campuses. For off-site campuses, testing is held in the computer labs. Find a campus near you.
