We work in close collaboration with faculty in their research, scholarship and creative activities. As director he is responsible for providing leadership in research throughout the University and for assuring that all research at Regis is carried out ethically and safely in accordance with regulations and standards. In 2011, Don spearheaded the successful reorganization of the OAG by organizing, streamlining and documenting the pre-award grants management process and by fostering collaborative research efforts across the University. He has established policy and procedure and compliance services to enable faculty to concentrate on their research. Don is dedicated to the integration of the University's Jesuit mission with the work of his office. His goal is to continually develop the OAG to meet the growing needs of the Regis research community.
