Credit for Life Experience
Most working adults have learned a great deal throughout their lives and careers. Through our Prior Learning Assessment Portfolio program, students can earn up to 45 hours of college credit for life and work experience.
Students may earn college credits through the College-Level Examination Program (CLEP), DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST), and Challenge exams. Visit regis.edu/testing for more information.
Certificate Program Transferability
Credits earned through a Regis University certificate programs can be directly applied toward the corresponding degree. Contact an admissions counselor for more details at email@example.com or 800.944.7667.
Prior Course Work Transferability
Depending on program, Regis University can accept up to 98 of the 128 credits needed to complete a bachelor’s degree from a combination of life experience, American Council on Education (ACE) certified courses, and credits from other regionally accredited institutions—no matter how long ago the credits were earned. Additionally, our transfer program offers a seamless transfer process for students seeking completion of their bachelor’s degree for any program offered in the College for Professional Studies or College of Computer & Information Sciences. For master’s degrees, students may request consideration of six credit hours.
