As an education alliance organization, you have access to Regis University Career Services’ full suite of employment services, including online job posting, recruiting services, on-campus interviewing, and more.

Our Education Alliances services and resources include:
  • Preferred Tuition Pricing is offered to all employees of alliance organizations at Regis University. The standard preferred tuition discount is 10%; however this is subject to change and may vary by organization. Check with your employer for details.
  • Custom Certificate Programs that re-bundle existing Regis University courses into customized packages that meet the needs of your organization.
  • Ongoing Customer Service to ensure the changing needs of alliance organizations are met.
  • Sponsored Billing arrangements that allow alliance organizations to pay directly for employees’ educational expenses.
  • Education Fairs held onsite to ensure employees find the programs that are right for them, whether that’s at Regis University or another college, university, or community college.
  • Information Meetings and Presentations about Regis University programs and benefits, earning credit for life experience, online learning, and other topics, offered onsite or via web delivery.

Tuition Payment Options

Tuition Reimbursement
Your organization may choose to have you pay your tuition when it comes due as your classes start. Once you can present your employer with your grades at the close of the classes, your organization will reimburse you directly.

Sponsored Billing
Alliance organizations can arrange to pay directly for employee educational experiences through this payment model.

Tuition Deferment
Combining the mutual benefits of tuition reimbursement and direct billing, your employer can work with Regis University to defer your tuition billing until after your grades have been earned, at which point Regis will bill your employer if your grades meet your organization’s minimum requirements.

Generous Credit and Transfer Policies

Credit for Life Experience
Most working adults have learned a great deal throughout their lives and careers. Through our Prior Learning Assessment Portfolio program, students can earn up to 45 hours of college credit for life and work experience.

Credit-by-Examination Programs
Students may earn college credits through the College-Level Examination Program (CLEP), DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST), and Challenge exams. Visit regis.edu/testing for more information.

Certificate Program Transferability
Credits earned through a Regis University certificate programs can be directly applied toward the corresponding degree. Contact an admissions counselor for more details at ruadmissions@regis.edu or 800.944.7667.

Prior Course Work Transferability
Depending on program, Regis University can accept up to 98 of the 128 credits needed to complete a bachelor’s degree from a combination of life experience, American Council on Education (ACE) certified courses, and credits from other regionally accredited institutions—no matter how long ago the credits were earned. Additionally, our transfer program offers a seamless transfer process for students seeking completion of their bachelor’s degree for any program offered in the College for Professional Studies or College of Computer & Information Sciences. For master’s degrees, students may request consideration of six credit hours.

Preferred Tuition

Employees of partnership organizations must provide us with the name of the organization and its human resources representative’s contact information so employment can be verified. This discount must be renewed annually before June 1.

Regis University's policy does not allow retroactive application of any preferred tuition rate to any course that has ended prior to the University receiving all of the required documentation.
