Mission

As we serve Regis University in the capacity of Mail distribution, Shipping, Receiving, and Bulk Mail preparation it is our mission to provide these services in the most cost efficient, accurate and timely manner possible. We will continually strive to keep up with changing technology, and the rules and regulations of our business. These services will be provided by knowledgeable and courteous professionals striving to better ourselves, our department and Regis University as a whole.

To offset postage increases there are some easy methods you can employ:

  • Consolidate many mailings into a single mailing,
  • Use postcards instead of letters,
  • Make sure your address lists are accurate and up-to-date,
  • Use bulk/permit mailing services when applicable.

Bulk/permit mailing can save you over 50% in postage costs. The basic requirements are:

  • 200 pieces with the only difference being the addresses,
  • Mail piece must be barcoded and meet USPS design and size standards,
  • Mail piece must contain a permit indicia in the upper right hand corner,
  • Address list must be CASS certified,
  • Appropriate presort documentation must accompany the mailing when it is dropped off at the postal service's Business Mail Entry Unit.
