Paying Parking/Traffic Citation Fines

Student Accounts will bill and collect parking and/or traffic violation fines for all students and staff. Past Due notices will be sent to the violators from Student Accounts for fines that are not paid within 30 days. The University may employ legal means to collect outstanding or unpaid citations, including but not limited to, restricting registration, release of transcript and diploma holds, referral to collection agencies, and restricting web-time entry for payroll.

Payments can be made by the following:

  1. Mail: The citation has an envelope attached and fines may be mailed to Student Accounts either through campus mail or U.S. mail.
    1. Checks are made out to Regis University.

  2. Main Hall: During business hours, payments can be made in person at the Cashier’s Office located in Main Hall Room 128.

    Note:    For multiple ticket fines; if the cashier accepts a payment and the payee or the cashier does not allocate the payment to a particular charge, then the system will automatically apply the payment to the oldest charge on file for Fees and Fines.

  3. Phone: During business hours, payments can be made by telephone by calling the Cashier’s Office at 303-458-4129.

    Note:    For multiple ticket fines; if the cashier accepts a payment and the payee or the cashier does not allocate the payment to a particular charge, then the system will automatically apply the payment to the oldest charge on file for Fees and Fines.

  4. Web Advisor: Payments can be made through Web Advisor.

    Note 1:All staff, regardless if you are not enrolled in a class or not, will use the Student menu to pay for parking/traffic fines.

    Note 2:Do not apply a payment for a parking violation to any other invoices, such as tuition for registration.

    Note 3:If you wish to make installment payments please contact Mary Ann Pace, Student Accounts Representative at 303-458-3578 to set up a payment plan. 

    1. Log in to the Web Advisor link at www.regis.edu.
    2. Click on Students.
    3. Choose the Make a Payment option.
    4. Select to Pay on My Account and enter the amount you wish to pay.
    5. Choose a Payment Type
    6. Click submit

Due to PCI Security Standards, Campus Safety cannot take payments, so please use one of the methods above to remit payment.
