Change of Address form and fax or mail it in to the address provided on the form. To change only your phone number, please provide your Name, Student ID or Social Security Number, and your old and new phone numbers.
How do I get an enrollment verification?

How can I attain a grade report?
To access your grades, log into
WebAdvisor. If you are looking for grades for particular courses, under the heading Academic Profile select Grades and then select the term and click the Submit button. If you would like to see all your grades, under Academic Profile, select Transcript. You can view your unofficial grade report on this site. If you need an official grade report, visit our
transcript request page.
Why can’t I register for class?
There may be a hold or a flag on your account. A hold on your account may be due to the fact that we need updated information on you or because you have a tuition payment due. Please call us at 303.458.4126 or 800.568.8932.
When is commencement?
Commencement dates, times, and locations are posted on the
Commencement & Graduation webpage. All students are required to turn in a completed Graduation Application at least one semester prior to their graduation or commencement. Graduation applications, instructions, and application deadlines can be found on the
Commencement & Graduation page. Please keep in mind that graduation and commencement are not the same thing; graduation is the date that you complete all academic requirements for your degree, and commencement is the ceremony that celebrates graduation.
When can I expect my diploma?
Enrollment Services posts each student's degree or certificate of completion as soon as possible. However, it can take anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks, depending on the individual student's circumstances, such as the term in which requirements are completed or receipt of competency-based credit or receipt of transfer credits or score reports. A copy of the official academic transcript showing the graduation information is automatically sent to the student and then three weeks later the diploma is sent in the mail. However, diplomas are not released if any financial indebtedness to Regis University exists. If you have questions about your diploma, please contact Acacia Torrez at 303.458.4366 or by
email. Remember to start the process for graduation early by completing the graduation application. Graduation applications, instructions, and application deadlines can be found on the
Commencement & Graduation page.
Where are my classes being held?
To find your classrooms, log onto WebAdvisor and click on My Class Schedule under the Registration menu. You will then be asked to select the term. Pick the term and click submit.
Has my transcript request been received and processed?

Grades are posted five business days after the term end date. Please go to WebAdvisor and click on Grades to see your grade posting. If your grade is not posted after five business days of the term end date, that means your instructor has not yet submitted your grade.
