Requesting Verification
The Office of Academic Records and Registration processes all official enrollment or degree verification requests. There is no charge for this service.
Request Process
If a loan or insurance agency is requesting verification on a specific form, please complete their form before sending it to the Office of Academic Records and Registration for official verification.
Please note: We cannot process enrollment verification for the current semester until after the add/drop period.
