Financing Your Education

Regis University has a wide variety of financial aid options to help make your education affordable. Each academic year, we provide millions of dollars in scholarships, grants, loans and work-study stipends from federal, state and institutional sources to our students. We are committed to providing you a top-rated education that is accessible and affordable, which is why we want to ensure that you have the tools and information you need to build a successful plan for financing your education.

Most awards are based on financial need; however, a limited amount of assistance is available to students without need. Typically, half-time enrollment (6 credit hours per semester) is required to qualify for financial aid.

General types of college financial aid include: Federal Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant (SEOG), Colorado Student Grant and Federal Subsidized loans. In order to receive Financial Aid at Regis University you must:

  • Be a degree-seeking student admitted to a program
  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Complete and send the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You may obtain the application online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. If additional forms are required, you will be notified.
