I believe learning environment should be interactive, respectful, caring, and reflective. I follow a constructivist approach to learning and see learners as constructing their own understanding of material through their interaction with the topics. As a faculty member, I am committed to being engaged with my students to foster a positive learning experience. I am currently in the PhD Nursing Education program at the University of Northern Colorado.
