Check Your Application Status Online!
Our admissions team is currently processing mail within one week. To view the latest updates on the status of your application, log in to the Regis University portal and follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account.
- Click My Applications.
- You will be directed to the Application Listing page. The current status of your application will be listed under My Applications, in the column labeled Status. Below is a list of possible statuses and their implications:
- STARTED - You have started an application but it has not been submitted.
If you have completed your application, please be sure to click the Submit Application button.
- SUBMITTED - We have received your online application form.
Note: All official application documents must be received before your application will be reviewed for admission.
To check the status of your application documents, click View under the Application Documents column on the Application Listing page. The Submission Status will show "Received" when we have processed your required documents. If you have submitted these items recently, please check back in a few days for updates.
- COMPLETE - Application file is complete and being prepared for committee review.
We have received your application and the required official documents (see Application Requirements below).
- MOVED TO ERP - Your application is currently being reviewed by the Admissions Committee.
Please allow six-eight weeks for an admissions decision.
- ACCEPTED - You have been admitted to Regis University. Congratulations!
Note: It may take up to six weeks for your official acceptance letter to arrive via postal mail.
Application Requirements
Your application cannot be reviewed by the admissions committee until the following required documents are received:
New Students – Application form and essay, official high school transcript(s), official test scores (SAT and/or ACT), and one letter of recommendation. Find more information about admission requirements on our incoming freshmen page.
Transfer Students – Application form and essay, official transcripts from each college/university attended. If you have completed fewer than 30-credit hours of college course work at the time of application, a high school transcript is required.
