Enrollment/Degree Verification

The Office of Academic Records and Registration processes all official enrollment or degree verification requests. There is no charge for this service.

If a loan or insurance agency is requesting verification on a specific form, please complete their form before sending it to the Registrar for official verification.

Please note: We cannot process enrollment verifications for the current semester until after the add/drop period.

If you have a verification request, fill out the Enrollment or Degree Verification form and mail, email or fax it to Enrollment Services. You may also request a verificationby calling one of the phone numbers listed below.

Calling and Faxing Students

Student Phone Services

Regis College provides each residence hall room with two telephone numbers (one for each student resident). Students may make on-campus and local calls from their rooms, and receive incoming calls from both on and off campus.

Sending and Receiving Faxes

Students may send and receive faxes from the Mail Room/Central Receiving located in O'Connell Hall. The fax number is 303.458.3555.

Regis University students graduate when they complete all of their degree requirements. Graduates may participate in commencement ceremonies celebrating their graduation. Students who are close to achieving graduation may participate in a commencement ceremony, but their participation does not guarantee they will graduate.

The International Student Services Department (ISSD) helps all international Regis students understand and comply with student visa regulations. The ISSD also serves as a resource center for all F-1 visa international students.

New Student Orientation

New students are welcomed to Regis with four days and three nights of fun-filled activities that encourage personal growth and deliver practical wisdom.

The University's orientation program teaches students how to improve personal communication, navigate through classes, and get involved on campus. New students also have the opportunity to meet President Fitzgibbons and become familiar with the Jesuit values that make a Regis Education unique.

Student Housing and Meals

Residence Life & Housing

Residence Life manages Regis University's on-campus student housing facilities by staffing and maintaining the residence buildings, as well as managing and assisting student residents.

The Residence Life office is located on the second floor of the Student Center in Room 216. The office is open between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. You can reach the office at 303.458.4991.

Regis University partners with Bon Appetit to provide students with a wide choice of healthy meals that include:

Student Mail Services

All resident student mail is normally delivered to student mailboxes by 12 noon on weekdays. There is no delivery Saturdays and Sundays. Notices are placed in student mailboxes giving instructions for picking up any oversize packages. Resident students having difficulty with receiving mail should notify the Mailroom.

Students may send packages from the Mailroom via Airborne, Federal Express, Global Mail, U.P.S. and U.S.P.S. Packages may also be sent from the bookstore via U.P.S.

Stamps are available from the Mailroom and the Cashier's Office.

Letters may be mailed from the Mailroom or the Postal Box adjacent to the Student Center parking lot.

Student Travel

Airport Transportation

During Fall, Thanksgiving and Christmas Breaks, Regis University offers students an affordable way to travel between the North Denver(Lowell) Campus and Denver International Airport (DIA). The student-run Habitat Shuttle transports students to and from DIA for only $15 each way. All money raised supports the Regis University Habitat for Humanity Spring Break Service Trips.
