Regis University Consortium Program
The Financial Aid Consortium Program is an agreement between Regis University and another college to share enrollment information and records for students’ financial aid eligibility.
Under the Consortium Agreement, Regis University acts as the Home School, meaning the student intends to receive his or her degree or certificate from Regis University. The other college acts as the Host School. Students may take classes at the other college if the Regis University academic advisor approves those classes for credit, and those credits will be transferred to Regis. Under this agreement, students can be considered for financial aid by the Home School, Regis University, based on their total enrollment at both schools. The minimum enrollment required is at least half time (6 credits per semester for undergraduates, 3 graduate credits for graduates), regardless of which school the student is attending. Students must renew their consortium agreement each semester.
Tuition
The student should pay the tuition to each school where the student is attending classes. If courses are taken at Regis University, tuition is paid to Regis University. If courses are taken at a Host school, tuition is paid to the Host school. Students are responsible for paying the tuition at each school.
Enrollment
Students enroll in a degree-granting program at Regis University and create a degree plan with a Regis University advisor. Check with a
Regis University advisor with any questions regarding courses that will transfer to Regis University.
Financial Aid
Students attending a Host School apply for financial aid through Regis University, School Code 001363 on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
