Three Convenient Ways to Register

Before you can register for class, you must have submitted a completed online application.

Regis University offers multiple ways in which you can register for classes, including: web, phone, and in person at any campus. After you creae your RegisNET account you may register online at https://webadvisor.regis.edu.

To Register in Person

Register in person at the Regis University Student Service Desk at any campus.

To Register by Phone

Call the Service Line at 1.800.568.8932 . Be prepared with your Social Security number and/or student identification number and the numbers and sections of the courses you wish to take.

To Register Online
  • Access WebAdvisor at https://webadvisor.regis.edu.
  • Select the "Students" section. A login is not needed to search for classes.
  • To register for classes (only admitted students can register for a class), you will need a RegisNet login.
  • Prospective students with questions about course schedules should contact their enrollment counselor at 800-944-7667. Current students with questions or problems, contact the Student Service Line at 1-800-568-8932.

Course Codes

Course codes are 5-digit numbers that uniquely identify each class section. Codes can be used when registering either by phone or when using WebAdvisor.

If you know the course code, you can use Express Registration in WebAdvisor by merely supplying this number. Course codes are listed in the Course Schedules beginning on page 85 in the second column under the heading “Code.”

When to Register

You can register eight to ten weeks prior to the beginning of a semester. You are encouraged to register for an entire semester at a time (including 8-week-1 and 8-week-2), or you can register during the first week of each term for the following term. Plan ahead and register early to reserve a place in the courses of your choice.

Directed Study

Please speak with your faculty advisor to register for eight-week or semester Directed Study courses.

Registration Confirmation

  • Registration requests are immediately recorded if they are made by phone, in person, or through WebAdvisor at https://webadvisor.regis.edu.
  • Requests received by e-mail, or voice mail may not be recorded on the day they are received.
  • Registration Confirmations are e-mailed the next business day after you register.
  • A Registration Invoice will be sent by mail showing your course titles, course numbers, credit hours, and tuition charges. Note: If you register the week before classes begin, you may not receive a Registration Invoice before payment is due.
