128 credits are required to achieve a bachelor's degree from the Dual Language Program

Accounting (BS)

This degree prepares adults interested in accounting careers in private businesses such as accounting firms, government or non-profit agencies. The degree incorporates the latest technology and accounting techniques, while providing a foundation in ethical practices.

Business Administration (BS)

Current management and problem resolution, along with the analytical tools needed for effective decision making, are central to the curriculum. The degree offers the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to play a significant strategic role within small businesses, non-profit agencies or multinational corporations.

Marketing (BS)

The professional practitioners who teach our courses are committed to teaching the ethical practice of marketing in corporate, small business, and nonprofit organizations, while tying the theory of marketing to real world applications. This degree prepares students for success in the areas of promotions, advertising, marketing, public relations and sales.

Human Resources (BS)

The degree prepares students in essential areas of employment and recruiting, training and development, compensation, benefits, employee services, employee and community relations, personnel records, health and safety in the workplace, and strategic planning.  Students haves the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to play a significant strategic role within small businesses, non-profit agencies or multinational corporations.

Applied Psychology (BS)

The applied psychology program teaches a wide variety of skills applicable in all branches of psychology. The curriculum is focused on the profession as well as the application of psychological techniques.

Computer Information Systems (BS)

This degree prepares students for careers that employ the theory and design of computer systems. The combined course and lab work provides students with the techniques required for the mastery of  computer and information technology concepts and their application to real-world problems.

Business Technology Management (BS)

This hybrid degree combines business technology, IT and business management skills to prepare students for business technology management careers. Faculty members have lengthy work histories and hold advanced degrees in their respective areas of expertise enabling them to provide a practical link between classroom theory and workplace application.

Elementary Education (BA)

This bachelor’s offers a variety of options for aspiring educators who would like to become licensed to teach, or current teachers who wish to upgrade their skills and improve their credentials. Graduates receive a degree in elementary education as well as a license or accreditation to teach in the State of Colorado.

Health Care Administration (BS)

This degree combines humanities with an extensive curriculum that focuses on the development of management and leadership skills to be applied in a variety of health service scenarios. Training in this area prepares students to work in hospitals, clinics, health care management facilities, state and federal agencies, insurance and managed care companies, consultancy firms and educational institutions.

Business Administration (MBA) 36 credits

This master’s degree is designed for students pursuing upper management or executive positions within large organizations or owners of small- to mid-sized firms. It places significant emphasis on decision-making and organizational leadership with a focus on financial data and fiscal analysis.

Non-Profit Management (MNM) 36 credits

This degree provides a values-centered education while strengthening the commitment to community service. Students develop a broad-based perspective of the social, political, economic, cultural, and ideological issues that impact nonprofit organizations. It prepares its graduates to be effective leaders who exhibit their professional competency through the integration of theory, experience and social justice.

Education (M.Ed) 42-58 credits

This master’s degree is designed for teachers in public and private schools who are seeking advancement in their pedagogical career and pursuing academic or educational management positions.

Organization Leadership (MSOL – online) 30 credits

This online master’s degree provides students with practical knowledge and skills in project management, leadership, and business strategies. The online program offers a collaborative and holistic approach toward cultivating leadership skills to think critically, synergize the power of people, create vision based on ethical values, discern the future, take risks and institute positive change within an organization.
