Welcome to the Regis University Community New Employee Information and Required Forms Your new hire paperwork must be completed either on or before your first day of work. You may visit the Department of Human Resources anytime Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with no appointment necessary. We are required by federal law to verify the identity and employment eligibility of all new employees by completing the USCIS I-9 Form located at http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-9.pdf. The fifth page of this form provides a list of acceptable documents that the candidate must present. Please make sure you bring these documents with you when you visit the Department of Human Resources to complete the new hire paperwork packet. New employees are eligible to participate in Regis’ health and welfare benefit plans on the first day of the calendar month following or coinciding with their hire date (unless otherwise noted). Employees must return completed enrollment forms within 30 days of eligibility. Selected benefits remain in effect for the remainder of the plan year.
