In the College for Professional Studies, we intentionally use the term “affiliate" to designate those faculty members who are contracted from time to time as course instructors. We prefer the term “affiliate" to the term “adjunct" because our affiliate faculty members are significant members of our Regis University community. Our affiliate faculty members are practicing professionals who are carefully selected for their academic and professional abilities to promote learning among our students.
The College for Professional Studies was established in the 1970’s to offer undergraduate degree completion and graduate programs for adults.
