Transcript Ordering Information

Regis University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the web. Transcripts are $5.00 per transcript with a $2.25 processing fee.  Online ordering is the fastest and easiest way to receive your transcript. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

Ordering Transcripts Online

  • To order an official transcript(s), log into the Online Transcript Request Form secure site.
  • Overnight deliveries are available only through the National Student Clearinghouse.
  • The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A $2.25 processing fee will be charged per recipient.
  • Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.
  • Transcript requests are processed only after all outstanding financial obligations to Regis University are met.
  • Transcripts ordered online are available for pick up the next business day at:

Transcripts cannot be faxed. Current students can obtain an UNOFFICIAL transcript by logging in to WebAdvisor.

Transcript requests received by mail are mailed within three to five business days. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

In Person

Regis University accepts credit cards, cash, checks or money order made payable to Regis University for transcript requests submitted in person.
