Called to Active Military Service?

Regis University students who are called to active military service should follow the instructions below to ensure they are excused from classes and financial commitments.

Documents Required

  • A copy of current military orders.
  • A copy of a Power of Attorney if applicable.

Class Registration and Grades

You may request the following options for courses you are currently enrolled in.

  • A grade of incomplete for which you have one year to complete course work after your release from active duty
  • Withdrawal from any or all courses. You may retake these courses without charge.
  • An administrative drop

Financial Aid

Contact Enrollment Services at 303.458.4126 to determine your current loan status and the options available to you. Regis will work with you and your lender to effect the best possible solution.

Resident Hall/Meal Plans

You will be released from room and meal contracts and charged on a prorated basis.

College for Professional Studies
